2. Rumah Desa Cooking Class 

       A. Cooking Class Short Program.

       In    this    program   you   will   experience   Balinese   cooking techniques and taste the traditional foods of people in bali. Before you start to cook, you will be introduced the spices which are used for cooking. At Rumah Desa you learn at least 12 recipes of Balinese food and will be guided by Balinese Chef.

       B. Cooking Class Full Program.

    See the unique Balinese culture and experience something different on the island through cooking experience. On this program you will learn more about Balinese spices and have a great opportunity to cook authentic Balinese cuisines and taste delicious meals.

    The program will start with a visit on the traditional market where you can see the local buy the ingredients for their foods. Here you will explore and experience the life of the Balinese. After visiting the market we drive further to Rumah Desa where your cooking experience will be held. At Rumah Desa you learn at least 21 recipes of Balinese food and will be guided by professional cook.

    We have the best selections of authentic Bali’s countryside cycling tracks. Rural villages, rice paddies, secret back roads, plantations and bamboo forest are all waiting to be conquered. Our routes are flexible and can accommodate any level of experiences. From the easiest until the most challenging cycling tracks are available depend on your requests and preferences.

     One of our best and most memorable cycling routes is ‘Riding through an incredible 70 acre of bamboo forest’ where you will also have a chance to see Balinese traditional craftsmen at work inside the forest.
    Visiting a Bali traditional village of PENGLIPURAN and the authentic KEHEN temple are also exclusive stopping off points of the Bali Hai Bike Tour. 7. BALI QUAD / BALI BUGGY

                     

       Drive into the heart of Bali. What makes the tour unique is the fact that you reach the most hidden spots on the island, were we meet the friendly local people, and we mostly use small tracks which are also used by them.

      To ensure that we don’t disturb the environment, and to give all the participants a maximum of assistance and service, we normally only drive with small groups with a maximum of 6 bikes. All of the tours are accompanied by two experienced, English speaking guides. If there is people joining with very different skills, we split up in different groups, to make sure that everybody can enjoy in his own way. Therefore, the tours are suitable for all ages, as long as you are in a good physical shape.But of course Bali has much more than that, and for the people who want to experience what Bali is really like, we  have developed some unique off road adventure tours with quad bikes (ATV’s) four wheel drive motorcycles through a very authentic part of the island.

     The tours combine a great experience of driving your own powerful off road 4-wheel motorcycle (or enjoying the ride while comfortably sitting on the back of the bike) with the opportunity to learn about the way the local people live. You will follow experienced guides by driving between beautiful rice fields, pass the rainforest, drive up the mountain and cross some riverbeds.
