Room inclusion:
- 21% Government Tax & service charge, welcome drink upon arrival, daily bottle mineral water,
- Free upgrading into Superior Room is subject to room availability,
Children Policies:
- Children under 12 years old sharing bed with parents is FOC on bed only
- Additional breakfast is chargeable at USD 4 net/child
Complimentary Policy:
- Every 15 paying rooms will be provided 1-room complimentary up to max.3 rooms in a group
Cancellation Policies:
- 7 days before the arrival date, one night cancellation fee will be applied
- 3 days before the arrival date, a full charge for the entire stay will be applied

- The above rate is valid for both FIT & GIT and applicable for new booking only.
- Advance reservation is required and subjected to room availability when bookings are made.
- All bookings for group are subjected to separate terms & conditions that will be submitted by the hotel when the bookings are made.
- Other terms & conditions are remaining the same as per the existing contract agreement.
