Lombok is an island in West Nusa Tenggara (Nusa Tenggara Barat or NTB) province, Indonesia. It forms part of the chain of the Lesser Sunda Islands, with the Lombok Strait separating it from Bali to the west and the Alas Strait between it and Sumbawa to the east. It is roughly circular, with a "tail" (Sekotong Peninsula) to the southwest, about 70 km across and a total area of about 4,725 km² (1,825 sq mi). The provincial capital and largest city on the island is Mataram. It is somewhat similar in size and density with neighboring Bali and shares some cultural heritage, but is administratively part of NTB along with sparsely populated Sumbawa. It is surrounded by a number of smaller islands locally called Gili.

Your Mataram sightseeing tour  stars with a visit to Lingsar a temple complex built in 1714, this the most importance temple on the island for both the Balinese and Sasak peoples who adhere to the Islam Wetu Telu  version. Day 01 : Pick up at BIL (Bandara International Lombok) airport - Golden Beach tour (L)

Upon an arrival in Bandara International Lombok  meet and greet with our tour guide,  then direct tour to the southern part of the island  by having a fantastic Selong Belanak beach on west part of Kuta beach. Day 02 : Fascinating Sasak Culture tour  (B, L)

Experience  for half a day the Fascinating Sasak culture with as a first  stop Narmada summer palace, an artificial lake whose shape resembles Segaranak in the caldera of Rinjani volcano, It was built in 1727 by Anak Agung after he become to old to climb Rinjani to make offer  in the secret lake up there. Day 01.  Pick up at BIL airport- South tour (L)

This tour begins with a visit to Gunung Pengsong, a holy temple placed at the summit from where you will have great views of  the surrounding  countryside. The trip will continue south west. The trip will continue north to the traditional village Segentar, the next stop is Senaru, onother traditional village  set in the gateway to the Rinjani National Park.  Sendanggila waterfall, is Lombok’s most spectacular waterfall. The trip continues to Sembalun & Sapit with a beautiful rice paddy terraces and panorama view of Sumbawa island. On the way back you will pass the countryside with rice and corn field.
